Vitamins, minerals and hydration delivered directly, administered by a qualified nurse. From £145.
IV nutrient therapy delivers a blend of vitamins, minerals and fluids directly into the bloodstream through a small cannula. Because it bypasses the digestive system, absorption is far higher than with oral supplements, and the effect is felt more quickly.
Blends are chosen to support energy, immunity, recovery, hydration or general wellbeing. Every session is administered by a qualified nurse, and we take a medical history first, since IV therapy is not appropriate for everyone.
Cannula placed and infusion monitored by a qualified nurse throughout.
Treatment delivered by a qualified nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience.
You sit comfortably while the infusion runs. Bring a book or work.
Though this varies between individuals and blends.
We take your medical history and check you are suitable. A small cannula is placed in your arm, much like a routine blood test, and the infusion runs slowly while you sit comfortably. We stay with you throughout.
Afterwards you can carry on with your day as normal. Some clients notice a cool sensation in the arm during the drip, or a vitamin taste in the mouth, both of which are normal. Bruising at the cannula site is possible.
It is administered by a qualified nurse in a CQC-registered clinic, with medical screening beforehand and monitoring throughout. It is not suitable for everyone, which is why the screening matters.
Around 45 minutes for the infusion, plus time for consultation and cannulation. Allow an hour in clinic.
It depends on the blend and your reason for having it. We will give you a sensible recommendation rather than encouraging frequent repeat visits.
We will discuss what you are hoping to address at consultation and recommend accordingly, rather than selling you the most expensive option.
Some clients do, particularly with hydration. Others notice more over the following day or two. It varies genuinely between people, and we will not overpromise.
IV therapy is not appropriate with certain heart, kidney or blood conditions, during pregnancy, or with some medications. Your medical screening covers this before anything is administered.
