Restoring lost volume and defining facial contours, tailored to your features. Nurse-led, consultation first, from £295.
Dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid gels placed under the skin to restore volume that has been lost with age, define facial contours and soften static lines. Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the skin, and this type of filler can be dissolved if ever needed.
Every treatment at A&S is tailored to your individual features. We assess your face as a whole rather than treating one area in isolation, and we build volume gradually. The goal is balance, not obvious change. Prices vary with the area treated and the amount of product required, so your quote is confirmed at consultation.
Assessed as a whole, built gradually, never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Treatment delivered by a qualified nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience.
Includes consultation, assessment and treatment. Numbing cream used where needed.
Results are visible immediately and settle fully over about two weeks.
After your consultation and medical history, we mark the areas to be treated and apply numbing cream. Filler is placed with a fine needle or cannula. You will see a difference straight away, though some of it is initial swelling rather than final result.
Mild swelling, tenderness or small bruises are common for a few days, particularly in the lips. Avoid exercise, alcohol and extreme heat for 24 hours. We review you at two weeks, once everything has settled.
That is the whole aim. We build volume conservatively and assess your face as a whole. We would rather add a little and review than overfill, and we will decline treatment that we think would look obvious.
Numbing cream is applied first, and most fillers contain a local anaesthetic. Most clients describe pressure rather than pain. Lips are the most sensitive area.
Between 6 and 18 months, depending on the area, the product and your metabolism. Areas that move a lot, such as lips, tend to break down faster than cheeks.
Yes. Hyaluronic-acid fillers can be dissolved by a qualified practitioner using an enzyme, if you change your mind or if a correction is needed.
From £295. The final price depends on the area treated and how much product is required, which we confirm at your consultation before anything goes ahead.
Possibly. Small bruises and swelling are common for a few days, especially around the lips. If you have an event coming up, book at least two weeks beforehand.
